1 – Data Collection and Recording
NutriField is committed to protecting the privacy of its website users and as such, only collects personal information from those who voluntarily supply it, such information only being used for the purposes for which it was supplied.
Personal data collected by NutriField are automatically processed and are aimed at managing the customer’s personal file, their services and their requests for help and support. Personal data are also collected and processed in order to be used by NutriField for making contact to:

2 – Rectification or erasure of the data supplied
2.1 – Supply of data and rectification
Pursuant to the applicable legislation, the user has the right of access and rectification of their data, and so NutriField offers the customer permanent access to their data, thereby making it possible to rectify them at any given time.
2.2. – Free supply of data and acceptance of this privacy policy
Any user may freely choose whether or not to supply their data.
Filling in a customer personal file, a contact form or request for quotes is taken as voluntary indication of data and is understood to be the customer’s acceptance of this privacy policy, as well as of the processing and storage of those data by NutriField, for their intended commercial purposes.
As such, NutriField reserves the right to store and use the data supplied by the customer until the latter expressly makes a statement requesting their erasure.
2.3 – Erasure of the data
Although NutriField does not undertake to store the customer’s data once the period for renewing their services and/or terminating the contract has expired, without having any express information thereon, NutriField cannot gauge with certainty whether or not the customer wants to remain registered as a NutriField customer.
If the customer wishes to no longer be contacted by NutriField and for NutriField to no longer store their data, they should expressly request the erasure of their data from our databases.

3 – Security and use of your information
NutriField undertakes not to sell, lease, assign or in any other way transmit to third parties the personal data sent by users of our website, notwithstanding doing so upon authorisation from the user or when it is legally so obliged. NutriField assures that as far as may be required and reasonable, appropriate technical measures have been adopted and organised to protect the personal data from unauthorised destruction, alteration and/or accidental or unlawful disclosure of the personal data.
